Eric Gozlan is President and CEO of Gold Rush Entertainment, a Canadian based film production company dedicated to producing innovative, quality productions with international appeal. In this role, Eric Gozlan is responsible for setting up the financing and corporate structure for all productions. Under his leadership, Gold Rush has cultivated and secured strong industry relationships both in the US market and abroad.
Eric Gozlan is a movie producer and financier with over 13 years experience in business development and venture capital. Eric Gozlan’s first production, "Hallowed Ground" was shot in 2006 and distributed by Icon Film Distribution and The Sci-Fi Channel. In 2007, Eric Gozlan produced the feature films: "Never Cry Werewolf" distributed by Peace Arch Releasing, The Sci-Fi Channel and Phoenicia Pictures as well as "Yeti: Curse of the Snow Demon", distributed by American World Pictures and The Sci-Fi Channel.
In 2008, Eric Gozlan took on the role of Executive Producer for the feature film "Burning Mussolini" starring Conrad Pla from the hit TV series "ReGenesis" and David Zayas of "Dexter". The Film which marked Conrad Pla’s directorial debut was chosen for Official Selection at the Montreal World Film Festival and distributed by TMN.
Gozlan’s feature film, "Beautiful Boy" which stars Maria Bello and Michael Sheen and features a cameo by singer/songwriter Meatloaf, recently completed post production in Los Angeles and will be released early in 2010.
Gozlan is currently in pre-production on the independent feature, "Carjacked" with principal photography scheduled to commence this spring.
